Was your favorite food possible before 1493. Describe the dish (ingredients) and explain why or why not.

No, my favorite dish, quesedillas (sic) was not possible because the Europeans did not have corn tortillas, chili peppers, or tomatoes. And the Indians did not have cheese. H.E., 8th grade American History student.
